A prepaid fibre provider that lets you pay upfront for uncapped internet connection bundles for a set number of days. Recharge your account whenever your bundle expires and choose from various trusted ISPs.

Installing fibre optics in your area takes five days from scheduling your installation.
After you contact us, we will schedule a date and time to install the fibre optic cables. Installation typically takes two to three hours. You can expect to be connected five days after planning your installation.
Log in to the ZoomFlex portal and pick your new Flex Bundle and ISP. You will reconnect in under 15 minutes after payment.
You can switch your ISP at any time.
Some advice - wait until your current bundle expires to make the most of your prepaid connection with your previous ISP
You can change your bundle once your current one expires. When it’s time to recharge, log into the ZoomFlex portal and select your preferred bundle and ISP.
Your connection is suspended when the number of days you paid for has passed.
All you need to do is log in to the ZoomFlex portal, recharge, and wait 15 minutes to reconnect.
Once your bundle expires, you don’t have to recharge if you don’t want to. There’s no need to cancel; you won’t pay any penalties or cancellation fees.
Here are a few things you can try:
- Log onto your app and see if your bundle has expired. If so, recharge and get reconnected in 15 minutes.
- Make sure you’re using the correct WIFI username and password.
- Ensure the ONT (router) is on and the light is green.
- Quickly count how many devices are connected.
- Try moving closer to the ONT.
